The Website is created and operated by M/s Uvars incorporated under the provisions of The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006, bearing registration number UDYAM-AP-10-0003984, has its registered address at “Door No: 5-109/9, Plot No 67, 3rd Line, NGO’s Colony, Chandrampalem, Madhurwada, Vishakapatnam-530041” represented by its Director, hereinafter referred to as the “Company” (where such expression shall unless repugnant to the context thereof, be deemed to include its representatives, administrators, permitted assigns).
This legal agreement is an electronic record in terms of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions about electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000.
